The most popular question among newbies 'Blogspot' blog users is 'Can I create posts within a static page on blogger?'. The answer is both yes and no. For both answers being valid, some blog posts must be created at first. Suppose you have created five blog posts related to technology, then you can create a static page naming 'Technology' and provide the link to five posts serially. If you know little about coding, you can also show the thumbnail of the post. This process is a little easier, however it lacks certain features and just a plain text may not be able to draw visitor's attention to your pages. Again, the same problem begins.
The best way to deal with this problem is creating categories from every blog post. I have already published a lengthy post about the advantages of using Blogger to create a blog. If you haven't read it yet, I recommend you to read it at most one time.
In that post, I have mentioned about categorizing the blog posts using a label. And yes, labels are the categories in blogger. As mentioned above, suppose you have created 5 posts related to technology then you can label all those posts as 'Technology'. You can do so in the upper right corner of post creating option. You can add multiple labels to a single post using a comma (,). If a post is related to more than one category, simply add a second label suitable for the second category. Don't add unrelated/unnecessary labels to the post, it might hamper the appearance of the blog.

After you publish a post, you can see the labels listed with your post. When you click on any label, all the posts included in that label are displayed serially. Now the problem arises, how to use those labels on navigation menu?
Creating a navigation menu using labels is not so difficult if you are using the Blogger's own templates. But if you are using third-party templates, you may have to place the URLs on HTML section of the blog (I will discuss this later in this post). From Blogger's official templates, I have used the simple theme to demonstrate the whole process that you can do without editing HTML section of the blog. This process is similar to all other themes.
Step 2: Go to blogger dashboard and select 'Layout' as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: Select 'Add a Gadget option'.
Step 4: Select "Pages" from the new window.
Step 5: From the top of the window, select "Add external link " option.
Step 6: Just place your label URL in Web address option of new floating window (from another window or put manually . ... /search/label/your label).
Step 7: Put the appropriate title of the page. And click 'save link'.
Step 8: You can place more labels one after another with the same process.
Step 9: Finally, click save.
Step 10: Preview your blog, that's what you wanted.
Steps
Step 1: Open your blog in a new tab of the browser. So you can get label links easily. Generally, a label includes the link yourblog.blogspot.com/search/label/yourlabelname. Alert: labels are case sensitive i.e. You must use the same case of a required label in your link.Step 2: Go to blogger dashboard and select 'Layout' as shown in the screenshot below.

And If you are using third-party templates in case, just follow their suggestions. Most of the third party templates provide menu editing features in HTML inline that look like:

<a href='your label link'> your page title </a>
Simply replace 'your label link' with required label URL you want to use and 'your page title' with the suitable title that you want to display on the blog. However, applying template provider's instruction is highly recommended. Also read:
